For Hunting Products, like air rifle, rifle scope, etc
We provide life time warranty for all of products if you order from us. And, the spring and seal parts has one year warranty. For the parts, all of spare parts are available. Some of them are in stock in our warehourse. Some of them are not in the stock, but, we can order for you, and just take a little time to process it.
For Sports Products, like ATV, GOKART, DIRT BIKE, etc
A 30 day parts only warranty on all products as long as the product has been operated and maintained according to the recommendations of the manufacturer. This warrantee covers any failures due to manufacturer defects. It does not cover abuse or misuse of the product, such as damages incurred while jumping or incorrect gas or oil mixture. The warranty covers against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase or 1000 Km, whichever occurs first, subject only to the following conditions and exclusions:
1. For the warranty parts, customer shall returned the defective part to SportsmanTARGET first. After we receive it, and our technician verified it, we will send the new one to your right away.
2. If the product are modified in any respect including but not limited to the use of parts other than genuine Factory parts, the warranty shall be void.
3. Our limited warranty only can be applied to the customer as an original purchaser of the product from SportsmanTARGET.com and shall not apply to any subsequent purchaser, assignee or other recipient of the scooter from customer.
4. Our limited warranty does not cover the wear items, such as the plastic shrouding or covers, reflectors, seat upholstery, tires, brakes, clutches or batteries.
5. Any damage during shipping of scooter to customer on initial purchase must be claimed by the customer through the freight delivery company and is not the responsibility of SportsmanTARGET. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
6. Any injury, loss, defect or malfunction of the product or failure to function resulting from any failure to operate or maintain product in accordance with the directions contained in the owners manual provided by the manufacturer; or any injury, loss, damage, defect or malfunction, or failure to function resulting from any accident, acts of God, alterations in the product by anyone other than the distributor, or misuse, unreasonable use, tampering, abuse, acts, omissions, failure or negligence by anyone other than manufacturer can not be applied for this limited warranty.
